Rob Reich returns to the Maybeck in trio with Ben Goldberg (clarinet) and Daniel Fabricant (bass) to perform a set of original chamber jazz. Reich's music finds inspiration in circus music and Tin Pan Alley, refracted through a contemporary chamber music lens and weaving free improvisation in with composed elements.
Rob Reich has performed in concert halls, circus tents, dance clubs, and chapels. This breadth of experience has made him a foremost performer and composer in the San Francisco Bay Area. He's best known for his work with Tin Hat, Gaucho, and Circus Bella.
